  • Operation description

With access to a preview of your operation

If you try to access your operation's data on the day it goes online, you'll have to click on the button to generate the statistics.

A) General data

In the tab, you'll find a number of general data such as :

  • Entries (all authorized and unauthorized entries), followed by an indication of the number of authorized entries.

  • Participants

  • Unique visits

  • Conversion rate

  • Optin Email (this data is based on the number of optins linked to participations)

Statistics can be updated every 10 minutes

What's more, you'll be able to distinguish, in the form of a dynamic graph, between participant traffic and unique visits.

You can select the data you're interested in from the two proposals.

Next, you'll be able to see the number of views per page from a graph.

N.B: you can download the graphs showing your operation's performance in PNG or PDF format.

B) Statistics on your participants

Finally, you'll find more precise data on your participants (some data will depend on the fields to be filled in on your game form, such as date of birth, title, etc.) :

  • Male/female segmentation

  • Age range

  • Media used by participants (desktop or mobile)

  • Virality data linked to elements added to your game (number of facebook likes, facebook shares, number of e-mail invitations and number of games played)

2. Entries tab

In the Entries tab, you can access a table summarizing the number of entries. You'll be able to identify data such as :

  • Last name

  • First name

  • Email

  • Prize (for winners only)

  • Origin

  • Entry date

You can search for a participant by e-mail address.

You'll collect more information about your participants when you generate your exports.
