From the "Operations" tab, you can access the "Statistics" section and the "Exports" section.

2. List of exports
In the exports category, you will find a summary table in which exports are categorized as follows:
All : Category for all types of exports
In progress: category for exports currently being downloaded
Scheduled: Category for scheduled exports
*Customized scheduled exports can be deactivated for editing or rereading.
Draft: Category for exports currently being edited.
Closed: Category for exports that have finished downloading.
Favorites: Category for favorite exports
In addition, certain actions can be performed on the various exports, such as :
Edit allows you to modify your export when it is in Draft status
Favorites allows you to mark your favorite exports
Duplicate allows you to make a copy of an export.
Note that when you duplicate a customized export, as soon as you modify the associated operation, the selected fields will be reset to zero.
Disable this option is only available for programmed custom exports. It allows you to set the export to draft status, so that you can make changes to it or reread it.
3. Setting up an export
Step 1 : Selection of export type
To create your export, click on the "create export" button. Once you've entered the name of your export, you'll need to select your "export type",
3 types of export are available :
Rapid export Precise and concrete export of your operation
(You'll need to select the operation concerned)
Customized export export with only the data you are interested in (paying option)
Global export export including data from all your operations

For rapid, personalized export, you'll need to select the associated operation and content type. The content of your export will automatically be based on the number of participants. However, you can select to export participants only, and in the case of an export for an "instant-win" game, you can export winners only.
Step 2 : Configure export parameters
Once you've selected your export type, you'll need to configure your export parameters.
Rapid export: No configuration required for this type of export.
Custom export: You'll need to select the fields that will make up your export. How do I configure my customized export ? click here
Global export: Define the period from which you wish to retrieve all data.
Step 3 : Finalizing your export
Rapid export: you'll need to define the trigger for your export
- Immediate : the export is sent instantly
- Planned : you define the start date and time when the export is triggered.
- At the end of the operation : this trigger is based on the end date and time of your operation
Global export: you can select the operations that interest you within the given time period.

First you'll need to select the format of your file, 4 formats will be proposed:
-CSV Displays data in table format
- XML Displays data as a hierarchy
- JSON Displays data in structured form
-TXT is a file whose content represents a sequence of characters only.
You'll need to fill in some information, such as your file nomenclature.
Next, you'll need to select the data sharing method:
Local: Export to your computer from the tool's home page
FTP: Transfer the file to a defined FTP server. This is an unsecured file transfer method.
SFTP: This is a secure file transfer method with Secure Shell that establishes a single secure connection providing customers with a high level of security for file transfers.
S3: Sent and stored on an AWS server.
GCS( Google Cloud Storage): Stored on Google cloud.
Once you've chosen your data sharing method, you can define the export trigger and create your export.
Immediate: The export is sent automatically
Scheduled: You define the date and time of the export
At operation closure : When the transaction is in the process of being closed.
Weekly recurrence: Every week on a specific day
Daily export: Every day at a specific time
To protect your data, you can activate GPG encryption. This involves activating a public-private security key pair.
Incoming data can be decrypted and outgoing data encrypted.
Once the information has been saved, you can publish your export by clicking on the "create my export" button. 🔔 Please note that only Draft exports can be modified.
