  1. Personal data

Allows you to modify personal account information and adjust your notification preferences.

  • About

You can complete or modify your profile information such as :

- Last name

- First name

  • Notifications

This feature allows you to activate the emails you receive that are relevant to your business.

  • Security

This space allows you to further strengthen your connection to the tool by :

  • Modifying your password, that is, as soon as you change your password, you will have to log in again with the new password.

  • Using Google Authenticator enables two-factor authentication. By activating this option, the google authenticator app will transfer a 6-digit number to you, which you'll need to enter in addition to your login and password.

2. Company profile

Allows you to modify company information and view invoices issued.

  • About

You can complete or modify the professional information linked to your account, such as :

- Siret number

- VAT number

- Company address (zip code, town)

- Cell phone number

- Company telephone number

  • Subscription and purchase history

All invoices and subscriptions are archived here

3. Integration

Accessibility to technical features

  • API

In this area, you can retrieve personal access to the API. (Contact sales to access this option)

This feature, which requires technical knowledge, enables you to retrieve real-time data on your participants.

4. Data protection

Allows you to delete participant or operation data

  • Anonymization

You can select a participant or a operation to anonymize data on completed operations only (data is anonymized, that is, it is not deleted but encrypted and cannot be decrypted).

  • History

You'll find a summary of all actions carried out in relation to participant data.
