Several features are available for file management :

  • Upload or import : From the file upload page, you can upload your files or click on the "Select" button to import your documents from your desktop. Accepted formats are JPG, PNG, PDF, MP3 and GIF, with a maximum file size of 5MB. You can upload an image from a browser without having to download the media.

  • Create folder(s): Click on the "New folder" button to create folders and sub-folders. In particular, you can import images into these folder(s) or import them from the root.

  • Rename image or folder titles.

  • Moving files into folders

- Single: Move a single file (select item)

When you move one or more files, a popup window appears, allowing you to choose the folder in which you want to save the document, and you can also use the search engine to perform a search.

  • Delete items from your media space (this will not remove them from your games, if they are integrated into them).

- Single > Select item to delete

- Grouped > Select several elements a banner will appear in the footer of your page, allowing you to delete all the selected elements.

Before each removal, a warning message is displayed to ensure that you are willing to delete the items, as all deletions are final. In addition, only empty folders can be deleted.

Additional options

For file organization, we offer two formats :

  • Table format

  • Possibility of sorting files :

  • Copy image links

Font import

In the library, you can import your text fonts to customize your game by integrating a particular font.

This new feature, called the Font Book, lets you import as many fonts as you like and apply them to your game elements directly in the customization area. Accepted formats are .ttf, .woff, .woff2 and files must not exceed 5MB in size.

2. Font book functionality

  • Import font: You can drop or select the file from your desktop

  • Create folders or subfolders

  • Rename folder names

  • Move

  • Delete files individually or in groups

You can also sort and search by file or folder name using the search tool.

3. Inspiration template

We provide an image bank called "Template Kimple" which contains elements you can use for your games.

They are sorted by :

  • High points : Christmas, Easter, Black Friday, Halloween, Back to School ...

  • Games : Scratch, Pinata, Cut Cut, Jackpot ...

The folders contain a number of graphic elements, such as game backgrounds, buttons, game visuals, etc. Clicking on the "Install" button imports the complete folder into the Files tab of your library.

If you wish to integrate a graphic element into your game, you will automatically be redirected to the media library to select the visuals.
