The contest game is easy to set up. A simple entry form will allow participants to play. To set up your form, you can specify the general information fields as well as the location fields.
For each field, you can check the box and make the field mandatory. Thus, in the database, you will have the following fields: title, email, first name, last name, birthday, gender, telephone, address, postal code, city, country.
Graphically, you can customize the appearance of the titles as well as the color of the elements of your form. You can also modify the instructions of your form (header, validation button, instructions in case of bad input, form conditions).
Finally, you can customize new fields. Several types of fields can be added to your form: a free field, an open-ended question, a multiple or single choice question, an opt-in field. Customize the field title and the associated answers and save your action to update your form.
