This is now possible with our technology. For each new contest, you will be able to integrate on one of the pages of your campaign, an additional form allowing you to enrich your customer knowledge and to create new qualification scenarios according to the actions of the participants in the game.
How to create a new form ?
Nothing could be easier. By configuring your home page and the general form of your application, a new page element is now available on the list of page elements available on the left side of your editor. The customization remains strictly the same as the original form, you will find all the details about its configuration here.
When editing the form element, you will be able to customize all the fields that will make up the additional form. Several types of fields can be added: a free field with free input of the answer, an open question, a single or multiple choice question/answer, the selection of a single answer via a list of fields and finally the personalized optins.
As part of their Valentine's Day game, Brice was the first client to deploy this feature by offering a winning instant that offered bouquets of roses to its participants. Thanks to the second form, the lucky winners had the possibility to enter the name and address of the recipient of the bouquet as well as a personalized message, slipped into the bouquet sent.
