Our new form is now available on all the new projects you will create on Kimple.
Ultra-customization was at the heart of our thinking when creating this new form, so that your operations look more and more like you and are unique! Here are the main new features:
STEP 1 : GENERAL
In the "General" section, you will first be able to choose the fields you want to display on your form.
By default we have pre-selected the fields Civility, First name, E-mail and Name as well as the checkbox Optin (newsletter ... ) but obviously you can if you wish :
remove these fields from your form by unchecking the box
add others by checking the checkboxes
On each field, you can edit them by clicking on the pencil and decide to :
rename the field
make it unmodifiable
make it mandatory
It is possible via the tab "add a field" to create additional fields in addition to what is proposed by default such as :
empty fields
single choice questions / answers
an IBAN field
Once you have chosen your form fields, you can choose some additional options.
For example, we advise you to systematically activate the ReCAPTCHA on all your operations to avoid bots, but you can also activate the automatic email option if the email address is not important for you in your form, or add an access code on your operation or a proof of purchase.
STEP 2: CONFIGURATION
The layout of the fields : you now have the possibility to place the fields with more ease and according to several configurations: one or two columns and to distinguish this configuration for each line according to your needs.
The creation of empty fields is the little plus of the new forms, allowing you to :
place graphic elements in the middle of your form
aerate your form without having to use CSS (which remains an option available on all our forms).
STEP 3: THE APPEARANCE OF THE FORM
Each element of the form can be easily customized.
From the general look of your form, to the management of the height of your fields, to the color of the outlines, you can customize it as you wish.
Hover over the help icons to understand what you will be changing on your form.
All personalization is now dissociable on desktop and mobile.
STEP 4 : EDIT THE TEXTS
By default we propose you some texts on your form, you can easily change the content at your convenience as for example the error texts of our form if they do not suit you.
STEP 5 : TEMPLATES
Big news : the possibility to create your own form templates.
Your forms will become the templates of your operations, available according to your needs. You can use them on all your operations, whether on your main or additional form, with the same appearance but not the same configuration.
To save your form template, simply finalize the appearance of your form and go to the bottom of this section and click on the "Save as template" button.
After having given a name to this Template you will be able to find it in the Templates tab:
