Introduction to the game
The Pinata game is an instant win mechanic inspired by the children's birthday game. It creates real interaction with the participant, who must hit the object several times to reveal their prize
2. Game pages
Click on the “create a promotion” button to access our game catalog and select the Pinata game.
You will first need to define the name of your operation, the language, the publication dates, the description, and the highlight before you can access your game's course.
In course mode, you will discover a predefined path with pages:
Home Page
Form Page
Pinata game Page
Won Page
Lost Page
Of course, you can rename the page titles and change their position.
3. Game configuration
From Kimple, you will be able to graphically customize all the elements that make up your piñata. You can edit the page in your design space. From the side menu on the right, you can access the different configuration stages.
First, you will be able to configure all the elements related to interaction with the object.
You can define the type of redirection after the animation. Two types of redirection are available: by page or instant win. In the case of an instant win game, it is essential to activate instant win, as this will redirect the participant to the win or loss page.
💡Tip
Instant win redirection must be enabled on the page before the win and lose pages or on the instant win game mechanics if there is no intermediate page between the mechanics page and the win/lose pages.
You can choose to enable the display of the string on the animation, the display of the endowment during the explosion, and the number of hits to be delivered.
In this same space, you can define the type of action for the strike, the type of animation for the strike, and the activation of particle effects during the explosion, etc.
Then, in a second step, you can configure all the graphic aspects of the piñata:
The background of the game
The string (the element that holds the piñata)
The piñata with the different conditions (visual image of the object in normal condition, slightly damaged, damaged, severely damaged)
The winning image (if you do not want to display the prize image) and the losing image that will be displayed when scratching.
The cursor (break tool)
The particles that will appear during the explosion in the animation (you can add more particles by clicking the “Add” button).
