  1. Introduction to the game

Gift win is a customizable animation feature that you can personalize 100%.

2. Game pages

Click on the “create a promotion” button to access our game catalog and select the Gift win game.

You will first need to define the name of your promotion, the language, the publication dates, the description, and the highlight before you can access your game's course.

In course mode, you will discover a predefined path with pages:

  • Home Page

  • Form Page

  • Gift Win Mechanics Page

  • Won Page

  • Lost Page

Of course, you can rename the page titles and change their position.

3. Game configuration

From Kimple, you will be able to graphically customize all the elements that make up your gift win. In your design space, you can edit the page. From the side menu on the right, you can access different configuration phases.

First, you can set up the redirect after the animation.

Two types of redirects are available: by page or instant win. For an instant win game, it is essential to activate the instant win feature, which will redirect the participant to the win or lose page.

Tip💡Instant win redirection must be enabled on the page before the win and lose pages or on the instant win game mechanics if there is no intermediate page between the mechanics page and the win/lose pages.

Next, you can configure the image before the animation (PNG or JPG format recommended), the winning animation, and the losing animation (GIF format).

  • The image before the animation will be displayed when users arrive on the page; in other words, it is a waiting image.

  • The winning animation will be displayed when the participant wins a prize.

  • The losing animation will be displayed when the participant loses.

Then, you can configure the duration of the animation in seconds for the winning and losing animations. This corresponds to the time between when the participant presses the button to trigger the animation and when the game moves to the winning or losing page.

Tip 💡Make sure you allow enough time for the animation to run and that you don't leave the participant waiting too long at the end of the animation, as they may leave before seeing the winning or losing page.

Best practice tip: Take the time to test every aspect of your game before launching it online to ensure a smooth and engaging experience for participants.
